    Flooring Installation in Orlando, FL

Luxury vinyl plank, tile and laminate installed over slabs that are tested, ground and leveled first, so the floor sits flat and stays flat.

Fully insured · One dedicated project manager · Free estimates

Almost every house in Orlando sits on a concrete slab, and the slab is what decides whether a new floor succeeds. Moisture rising through concrete is the main reason floors cup, lift at the seams or smell musty a year after installation. Before we install anything, we test the slab for moisture, grind down high spots and fill the low ones.

We install luxury vinyl plank, porcelain and ceramic tile, and laminate across Orlando. LVP is the workhorse for Central Florida because it is fully waterproof and forgiving over a slab. Tile is the long-term answer for entryways, bathrooms, laundry rooms and anyone with pets. Laminate still makes sense in dry bedrooms when the budget matters and a moisture barrier is installed correctly.

You deal with one project manager, who handles the measure, the material order, the tear-out of what is there now, the slab prep, the installation and the trim work. Furniture moving and haul-away of the old floor are part of the job, not a surprise line item.

What we install in Orlando homes

    Luxury vinyl plank (LVP)

Waterproof, quiet underfoot and the most popular choice in Central Florida. Glue-down for large open areas, click-lock floating where that suits the room better.

    Porcelain and ceramic tile

Large-format, wood-look plank tile and classic sizes. Installed with the right thinset coverage and proper movement joints so tiles do not crack as the slab moves.

    Laminate

A budget-friendly option for bedrooms and other dry areas, installed over a vapor barrier suited to Florida slabs.

    Concrete slab prep

Moisture testing, grinding high spots, self-leveling compound in the low ones, and a moisture barrier where the readings call for it. This is where most failed floors go wrong.

    Tear-out and disposal

Old carpet, tile, vinyl and adhesive removed and hauled away, with dust control during tile demolition.

    Trim, transitions and baseboards

Quarter round or new baseboard, stair nosings, thresholds and transitions between rooms, cut and finished cleanly.

Why Orlando homeowners hire +Home for flooring

    We test the slab first

A moisture reading costs very little and tells us whether your floor will survive. Installers who skip this step are gambling with your money.

    Flat floors

Grinding and self-leveling mean no hollow spots under tile and no bounce in a floating floor. Flatness is a prep problem, not a product problem.

    Honest material guidance

We will tell you when the mid-grade LVP is the smarter buy and when the premium wear layer is actually worth it for your household.

    Fully insured

$2M general liability plus workers' compensation, with certificates available on request.

    One project manager

Measure, order, tear-out, prep, install and trim, all run by the same person.

    Clean site

Dust containment during demolition, furniture handled by us, and the old flooring hauled away.
