Flooring that lays flat and stays flat
Luxury vinyl plank, tile, and laminate, installed over a subfloor that was actually prepped.

Why it matters in Florida
Almost every flooring complaint in Florida traces back to the slab. Concrete here holds moisture, and it is rarely as flat as it looks. Plank over a wavy or damp slab gives you hollow spots, popped seams, and cupping within a year. We moisture test, grind or self-level where needed, and lay out the room before we open a box.
What's included
Every flooring job includes
Moisture testing
Calcium chloride or RH testing on concrete slabs so we know what the floor is going over.
Subfloor leveling
Grinding high spots and self-leveling low spots to the manufacturer flatness spec, the step most bids leave out.
Layout planning
Plank direction, starting wall, and seam stagger planned so you do not end up with a two-inch sliver at the main wall.
Underlayment and moisture barrier
The right pad and vapor barrier for the product and the slab, not a generic roll.
Trim and transitions
Baseboard or quarter round reinstalled, and metal or wood transitions at every doorway and threshold.
Haul-away
Old flooring, tack strip, adhesive, and debris removed and disposed of.
