Paint that survives a Florida summer
Interior and exterior repaints, prepped properly, coated with systems rated for UV and humidity.

Why it matters in Florida
Paint fails here for one of three reasons: it went on over chalky or damp substrate, it was a single thin coat, or it was the wrong product for stucco. Florida sun fades a cheap exterior in three years and afternoon storms find every unsealed crack. We spend most of the job on prep, pressure clean, patch, caulk, prime, because that is what decides how long the finish lasts.
What's included
Every painting job includes
Wash and prep first
Surfaces pressure cleaned, chalk removed, and left to dry before a drop of paint goes on.
Patch, caulk, and seal
Stucco cracks filled, trim gaps caulked, and bare spots spot-primed so the topcoat has something to grip.
Florida-rated coatings
Sherwin-Williams and Behr exterior acrylic or elastomeric systems chosen for the substrate, not for whatever is on sale.
Two full coats
Two coats at manufacturer spread rate, the spec that actually carries the warranty.
Masking and protection
Windows, fixtures, roofs, driveways, and landscaping covered before spraying or rolling.
Daily cleanup
Tools and debris off site every evening, walkways clear, no paint on your pavers.
